Their problem
An instant coffee manufacturer in Thailand was dewatering sludge by using a filter press. Because 10~20% of the coffee beans is oil, the sludge contained much oil as well. This oily sludge was frequently clogging the filter and forced the user to stop the equipment for maintenance.
